We are seeking a Graphic Designer Marketing to join our team! You will create graphics to meet a commercial or promotional need.

Responsibilities:
In the role of Graphic Designer, you are responsible for:

Development of professional visual design materials to communicate and educate clients and the community about Sullivan Homes.

Work will include project work and supporting proposals and interviews to win project work.

Interpret and distill technical information for mainstream audiences via print material.

Work products may include: video, infographics, poster boards, interactive media, presentations, handouts and flyers, web and direct mail pieces, maps, advertisements, etc.

Strong emphasis on data-driven or information design.

Produce materials in house, and work with vendors to produce materials.

Develop marketing materials, including design/layout of advertisements, newsletters, display panels and proposal/presentation materials (covers, flysheets and proposal graphics)

Ensure quality control through approval of proofs and review of materials

Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in graphic design or other related fields

Knowledge of design and photo-editing software

Possess graphic design portfolio

Deadline and detail-oriented

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Web Design, or combination of education and relevant experience (Preferred)

2+ years professional experience (Preferred)

Creative and resourceful self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, team environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Service and client-oriented personality

Strong organizational skills
