I am proactive and initiative to be response-able for behavior, results, and growth. For example, if my projects are not attainable, that is a product of my decision of making wrongdoing, not of my circumstances on performance. For so doing, if I am response-able for such an attainable goal, respectively, I mentally and physically envision my goal of both short/long-term and focus time and energy on things that can be controlled. For effective time management, I execute the most important- urgent priorities, and should always plan and organize the important-not urgent tasks due to their degree to be controllable when in executing. A strategy is about individual mission and vision. However, take actions on a strategy is about people’s mission and vision, and it requires such cooperation and collaboration. Therefore, all my plans, tactics, goals must be a cooperative arena and mutual benefit in all human interactions. In order so, I intend to listen to my collaborators to understand and should accept/reject upon reasonable doubts after examining every edge of the situation.
